Terms of Service | CredoHRMS

These Terms of Service govern your use of CredoHRMS. By signing up, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CredoHRMS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to bind your organization to these terms.

2. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard
Taxes (GST) are charged where applicable

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use CredoHRMS for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
Upload malicious code or interfere with our infrastructure
Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to data you upload to CredoHRMS. We act solely as a data processor and will not access, sell or share your data except as required to provide services.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

CredoHRMS is provided “as is”. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend accounts immediately for violations of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
